The contract was undertaken in 2 phases; a new build Pre-Prep Building and the Enveloping of the existing Duplex Building.
Holgate Building
York St John University
The project incorporated the refurbishment of the existing ground floor area of the Holgate Building at York St John University. Creating new reception, student services, offices, interview rooms and toilet facilities. During the scheme the client added the full refurbishment of the Dining Hall facilities to this contract.
Peaks Campus, Sheffield
refurb for students with high needs
When Sheffield College wanted to create 300 extra places for young people with special educational needs and disabilities, they came to I&G to transform a campus building into a new specialist learning facility.
