A new build centre of excellence for fitness and rehabilitation of jockeys (past & present) in the North of England. The development consists of a singled storey building that will house the respite accommodation, treatment suite, gymnasium, hydrotherapy pool, changing rooms, plant rooms and
entrance foyer.
A separate two-storey managers dwelling was also constructed on the site. External works included the construction of car parking area, soft and hard
landscaping.
The project was opened by HRH Princess Royal.
