The project involved the full refurbishment of Ward 1 at Bradford Royal Infirmary. Works incorporated the full internal strip out and reconfiguration of the Ward with all associated electrical, mechanical and building finishing works. The client was in full occupation of the premises with the staff, patients and the general public utilising adjacent areas throughout the duration of the scheme.
