New project with NHS Blood & Transplant

This February, we’re starting a new project, with client NHS Blood and Transplant.

Their site, which is located near Barnsley, houses teams responsible for blood, organ, tissue and stem cell donation, who are carrying out cutting edge research and providing specialist services to hospitals.

They help people do something extraordinary, by donating blood, organs, tissues or stem cells to save someone in need.

We’ll be creating a new facility for NHS Blood & Transplant to store clinical waste on their site, helping researchers continue their vital specialist work.

The new covered area will be a secure place where clinical waste can be stored, prior to being removed from site and safely disposed of.

We expect the build to take around eight weeks, starting from the middle of February.
