The project incorporated the refurbishment of the existing ground floor area of the Holgate Building at York St John University. Creating new reception, student services, offices, interview rooms and toilet facilities. During the scheme the client added the full refurbishment of the Dining Hall facilities to this contract.
The client was in full occupation of the surrounding education facilities with staff, students and the general public in close proximity to the building sites.
