The contract incorporated significant demolition of the face of the existing in-patient unit to enable 720sqm of reconfiguration and refurbishment works and 432sqm for the new build extension. The works have provided the client with a state of the art 16-bed in-patient unit with each room incorporating large french windows enabling a bed to fit through for each patient and their families to enjoy the private terraces and garden spaces.
